I absolutely loved blogging when I started several years ago. It was fun to share our projects and my thoughts in general. But along the way life got really busy. Probably the biggest change, other than just growing older, was that I got a new position at work and it was a LOT.
It was a LOT to learn, a lot to keep organized, and most of the time it was a lot of fun. Learning is generally fun for me, my plan is never stop learning. But it also left me with no desire to get on my computer at the end of the work day. The home improvement projects continued and we did projects in almost every room of our house. It was quite beautiful when we sold it last year!
Since I left you hanging in the middle of the guest bathroom remodel two years ago, I feel obligated to show you a picture of the finished bathroom.
A few months ago we retired and now I have nothing but time.....right? No, I've been constantly busy! But, I plan to resume blogging and we have had a lot of changes since I dropped out of sight!
Here's the final result of the guest bath remodel. It was really lovely.
It may take me a while to get my page cleaned up and get back of the swing of things, but I'm looking forward to sharing about our new lifestyle.
Less projects, more travel ahead.
