Amazing Fitness Hoop

It seems like this was an exceptionally busy week.  I'm trying hard to focus on the positive and not make a list of 'What I Didn't Get Done This Week.'

I didn't have time for many link ups this week.
I didn't have time to read all my favorite wonderful posts from other bloggers.
I didn't exercise unless you count moving things around, getting ready for a yard sale and lifting a fork to my mouth.

I own an amazing exercise tool - amazing is even part of it's name.  But, sadly, it's only AMAZING if you use it ten minutes a day.  Really - TEN MINUTES - I can and will do better in the future.

Here is a picture of my own personal Amazing Hoops.  One for the middle, two for the arms.  First let me say if you were NEVER able to keep a regular Hula Hoop up for more than 20 seconds, like me, you will be able to use this weighted hoop.  It stays up easily - until you stop moving. Keep moving!

When I first got the hoop I did use it and it did work.  Excellent for core toning.  But then like so many things I quit using it and my middle keep getting thicker and thicker.  So I'm determined to start using it again - 10 minutes a day at least 5 days a week - that is my goal.  I'm telling everyone so they can hold me accountable.  I'll keep you updated on my progress.

Unfortunately, it is not so amazing that it will whittle your middle if you leave it leaning against a wall (or your bed.)  I noticed some wings flapping the other day - THE HORROR!  So I'm going to use the arm hoops too.  I want to go into my 50s look fit and firm.  I just hope I'm not setting myself up for failure.

If you want to buy a hoop or read more information, check out their website.

I want one! I need to whittle the middle, and my daily walk and other exercise isn't cutting it. (Whittling it?)
